fantastic beachfront resort
beachfront location lush garden
the beachfront location was perfect. immaculate bungalows were very comfortable, set in a lush garden. the pool area is wonderful, it faces out to the sea.. a relaxing experience.
the wardrobe space in the room was quite small. it was a bit of a challenge to store all my clothes. additional storage would enhance the convenience for longer stays.

the staff went to the effort of organizing a welcome drinks evening for the new guests, such as myself. i also noticed the team was very polite, helpful, and caring. they are attentive to all requests.

the hotel is situated on the beachfront with safe swimming access to a beautiful beach. the location allows one to walk easily along the beach to busier parts of the town. the area felt very secure and clean.

the breakfast offered a standard selection with a range of thai options, suiting many tastes. i enjoyed dinner on the beach at the water's edge, thanks to the nightly entertainment and theme nights. there were fresh seafood and bbq options too.

the staff was very attentive and friendly .
The room i got was not great. The balcony faced other balconies. it seemed like living in an apartment building. There was no privacy.

I appreciate the beachfront location. access to chaweng main street is easy. a big COMFORTABLE bed is in the room. Airport transportation was complimentary.

It began early each day. Sitting on the balcony was impossible because of the constant pounding. The staff did little to address this issue.

I stayed in one of the immaculate bungalows. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. I enjoyed the beach bar and the beachfront location of the resort. I often had dinner on the beach near the water's edge. The menu provided a wide range of choices.
